Raised in a family-ran duck guiding business, I developed a deep love for sharing the Southern lifestyle with folks from all over the country. From guiding unforgettable hunts to cooking up meals that leave people craving that one-of-a-kind Louisiana flavor, hospitality has always been in my blood. That passion for the outdoors and the charter business has stuck with me and shaped the path I’m on today. I was fortunate to spend years working under Stu Scheer, the pioneer of trout fishing in Louisiana, learning not only the ins and outs of the water but also how to shape a business that gives clients the best experience possible.
